Being women is a matter of pride. Without them no home is complete. It is time that women starts giving their due worth to themselves and starts to take care of their health. Women like men have loads of health concern. However, they are so engrossed with their daily activities and juggling between work and home, that they have little time for themselves. Another important and persistent issue is weight gain,. Women are known to be more prone to gaining weight than their male counterparts. That’s not all, research has shown that women have issues relating to weight gain and slow weight loss as compared to men. Women are known to gain weight easily and also women have certain parts of the body that are known to gain weight at a faster arte than men. As a result, women end up gaining weight as compared to men.

Thanks to Genetically disorders and excessive stress. Almost 95 % of the women around world suffer poly cystic ovary. By poly cystic ovary, we mean that the ovary is covered with small cysts that disrupt the normal menstrual cycle in women. Though the exact cause of this ailment is not known to doctors it is an extremely common ailment. Almost 5 out of 6 women world wide are known to suffer from this ailment.

Depression

Research has also shown that women are probe to bouts of depression unlike men. Woman are known to be susceptible to depression far more than men.Depresion can be trigged off from various factors like family disharmony, stress , low self esteem or child abuse. In all, women are seen to be suffering from depression much more than men. The best way to avoid these bouts of depression is keeping one self occupied. Social service, charity and playing with kids are a few ways to keep one self occupied and stay away from depression.

Heart ailments

Though women are often joked of having a weak heart, the reality is actually that women are more susceptible to heart ailments than men, that not all women are known to suffer from various heart diseases as compared to men. Many women suffer from permanent physical disability caused by heart diseases.
